Discovering Branded Residences in the Dominican Republic

The Dominican Republic is quickly becoming a hotspot for luxury real estate, particularly with branded residences. These exclusive properties offer buyers a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of prestigious developments associated with globally recognized brands. Currently, Go Forth has access to two such branded residences in the Dominican Republic, each offering unparalleled luxury and investment potential.

The first development, located just minutes from the airport, is set to open in Q1 of next year. Early investors have already seen a 20% price increase, indicating significant built-in equity. With prices currently below $1,000 per square foot, we anticipate these properties could reach $2,000 per square foot within the next few years, offering a remarkable return on investment.

The second development, still a few years from completion, promises even greater potential. With an expected price of $1,500 per square foot, this property could easily double in value as it nears completion. The Dominican Republic, with its beautiful landscapes and booming tourism industry, is an ideal location for luxury real estate investment.

Unmatched Luxury in Marbella, Spain

Next, we shift our focus to Marbella, Spain, where Go Forth has secured an incredible opportunity in the Costa del Sol region. Often referred to as the "French Riviera of Spain," Marbella offers stunning weather, international appeal, and some of the best property values in Europe.

We've recently secured a property in Marbella for around $3.6 million—a price that would be well over $10 million if it were located in Southern California. The property offers luxury living at a fraction of the cost, with property taxes at an astonishingly low $2,000 per year. This home, which would easily rent for $10,000 to $15,000 per week, offers a unique opportunity for both personal enjoyment and significant rental income.

In addition to this property, Go Forth has also secured interests in the upcoming Dolce and Gabbana Villas, a highly anticipated development that is expected to become one of the most prestigious addresses in Marbella. With a price of $4.25 million for a corner unit, this investment is poised for significant appreciation, given its prime location and association with a luxury brand.

The Growing Appeal of Tamarindo, Costa Rica

Finally, we head to Tamarindo, Costa Rica, where Go Forth has a newly completed four-bedroom home in the Amaurena development. Tamarindo is a rapidly growing market, particularly in the luxury sector, making it an ideal location for investment.

The Amaurena development offers stunning views, easy access to Tamarindo Beach, and close proximity to the town's vibrant restaurant scene. With prices starting at just $375,000 for a quarter interest in a top-floor unit, this property is an excellent entry point into the booming Costa Rican market.

For those seeking beachfront properties, Go Forth also offers opportunities in the IQ Luxe development, where you can secure a condo with direct beach access and membership to an exclusive beach club. These properties offer not only luxurious living but also strong rental potential, making them a smart choice for investors.
